Super Liquid Folate now contains a natural form folate, consistent with Designs For Health's commitment to move to 100% use of natural folate vs synthetic folic acid. The amount of Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) has been increased; now 40 mcg per serving vs 6 mcg in the previous formula.

Ingredients: Folinic Acid (as Calcium Folinate) 400 mcg; Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 40 mcg.
Other Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin and deionized water.
