Borage Oil contains high amounts of the essential fat gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an omega 6 fatty acid that is essential for metabolism but cannot be produced in the body.
Ingredients: Borage Seed Oil (cold pressed-extracted without chemicals) 1000mg, GLA (gamma linolenic acid) min. 200mg (Typical range 200mg-240mg by A% method).
